By entering this website you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Currency and Taxes
All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD). R&R is not registered for GST (Australian Goods and Services Tax). For international purchases, we recommend the Universal Currency Converter to calculate prices in your local currency.

Delivery
Within Australia:
Because we’re nice people, delivery to anywhere in Australia is free. All products are dispatched via Australia Post standard Parcel Post. Delivery times may vary across the country but on average between 3-7 business days. Please be aware that delivery is in the hands of the good folk at Australia Post. Whilst all care is taken to ensure your exciting parcel arrives quickly, R&R offers no guarantees!

International:
Overseas postage to anywhere is a flat rate of $AUS25.00.  Delivery is by Australia Post Pack & Track International and will take approx. 1-2 weeks. The purchaser is liable for any extra duties or taxes that are specific to your wonderful country.
If you wish to query a delivery, please click here to email R&R. Goods are generally dispatched on the same day we receive your order. However, at R&R we’re keen on taking some R&R so orders won’t be processed on weekends, public holidays or bad hair days.

Returns
If you’re not happy with your purchase (never!) or if an item is faulty (never!), we will gladly refund or exchange your item. Please email us at sales@rubyandraven.com.au within 7 days of receiving the item and we will send a returns/exchange form for completion. Freight costs back to R&R shall be covered by the purchaser, unless the goods are faulty in which case we will include the cost of return postage when processing your refund.  All products must be returned in their original condition with labelling attached. Sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged. Phew…

Images
Every care has been taken to ensure true accuracy when photographing items however slight variations may occur between different monitors. We assure that the images shown are of the actual products.

We understand and respect  your  privacy. We collect personal information for the purpose of fulfilling your order. We will not share your personal information with any third party, unless required to by law. By purchasing via our website or market outlet, you agree that we may use such data to provide you with information from time to time on other R&R  products that may be of interest to you. This information may be transmitted to you in the form of an email or e-brochure.

Credit Cards/Paypal
We utilise the security of the Paypal for processing your payment. No credit card information is stored on our website and you can be assured that payment through PayPal is completely safe and secure. If you aren’t comfortable using Paypal, please contact us directly and we can provide you other payment alternatives.
